In Summer

Our family summer residence lies on the fringe of the village of Flachau, only 10 minutes from the Flachau City.

The hiking and cycle network of trails run directly past the house. An ideal starting point for hikes and cycle tours through majestic natural scenery.

To ensure that the kids are never bored, and their parents can take it easy for a change, we have arranged a spacious playing field and a playroom.

Your host has drawn up a richly diverse programme for all active mountain summer guests:

In Winter

The Kaml family residence lies on the fringe of the village of Flachau  –
immediately adjacent to the 50km Tauern cross-country ski trail network with a ski-bus stop at the door. The gratis ski-bus brings all winter sports enthusiasts in a few minutes to the cable cars of the Salzburg Sportwelt amadé ski network.

Snow Space Flachau, the modern mountain ski resort at the centre and the Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl Mountain Shuttle offer the most modern cable-car facilities, generous provision of artificial-snow, many kilometres of runs and events to take part in and to experience. A perfect stop on the runs is ensured by the extensive gastronomy offer, and to be mentioned especially – the Hubertusalm, the top mountain residence of the family on the mountain shuttle.

Admission within the entire Ski amadé is ensured by the lift tickets – almost 300 lifts and 860 kilometres of runs wait to be conquered.

Wintry activities that together with skiing and snowboarding sport must definitely not be left out: horse-drawn sleigh rides, picturesque local train rides, toboggan run, ice skating, ice curling...

Apartments

We have 6 apartments for 2 to 6 persons – comprising 2 bedrooms, kitchen block (coffee machine, 4-plate electric cooker, oven), separate shower and WC, heating, radio, sat. TV, balcony and parking.
In addition we have a double room with a shower and WC, sat. TV and radio.

Further facilities and offers of our family residence:
